Extreme Cave
For those looking for an extra challenge or to kick start a new project. You will be asked to nominate a specific writing goal (eg. 4,000 words, 10 pages ) and there will be check-ins throughout the day. The day includes a writer-specific stretch and posture class by a fitness trainer.

Cost: $20, including fitness class & tea and coffee. BYO food.

10.00 am – 12.30 pm free writing time
12.30 pm – 1.00 pm fitness for writers
1.00 pm – 1.30 pm lunch / goals check-in
1.30 pm – 4.00 pm free writing time
4.00 pm – 4.30 pm afternoon tea / goals check-in
4.30 pm – 6.00 pm free writing time
